Privacy Policy
Pivot Labs LLC provides customer-care text messaging on behalf of local service businesses. When you contact one of those businesses — by submitting their website form, calling and missing them, or texting them — our system sends you a reply text on that business's behalf and lets the business know you reached out. This policy explains what information we handle when we do that, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We only collect information you send when you contact a business we serve:
- Your name and mobile phone number, as you provided them.
- The content of your messages — your inquiry and any replies you send.
- How you reached out (for example, a website contact form or a missed call) and timestamps of each message.
We do not buy contact lists, collect information from other sources, or use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and relay the conversation to the business you contacted. Messages are sent only in response to your contact — we do not send promotional or marketing messages.
Mobile information is never shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators.
The only parties that handle your information are: the business you contacted (it is their conversation with you); our messaging delivery provider (Twilio), which transmits the messages; and the mobile carriers that deliver them. All of them handle it solely to deliver and support the service — never for their own marketing.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to customer-initiated contact. Message and data rates may apply. Pivot Labs does not charge you to receive messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work.) You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and your number is added to a permanent do-not-message list checked before every message we send. Opting out anywhere opts you out everywhere.
Reply HELP for help. Your message will be forwarded to the business you contacted, and a person will respond. You can also email us any time at Bunkeropshq@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records and message threads — names, numbers, message content, and timestamps — while we provide service to the business you contacted, and for up to 24 months after the last message in a conversation, after which we delete them. The opt-out list is the one exception: we keep opted-out numbers indefinitely, because that is how we make sure we never message you again.
How we protect it
Records are stored on systems Pivot Labs controls, and access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service and to the business you contacted. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we collect little, share it with no one beyond those named above, and delete it on the schedule stated here.
Your choices
You can opt out of messages at any time (see above). You can also email Bunkeropshq@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about your number or to request that we delete it, and we will respond honestly and promptly.
