Terms of Service
What this service is
Pivot Labs LLC runs a customer-care messaging service on behalf of local service businesses. When you contact one of those businesses — through their website form, by phone, or by text — our system sends you a prompt reply text on that business's behalf, alerts the business, and relays the conversation so a real person can follow up. That's the whole service. There are no promotional messages: every message you receive from us is a response to contact you initiated.
Messaging terms
- Message frequency varies; messages are sent only in response to your contact.
- Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Pivot Labs does not charge you to send or receive messages.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll get one final confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email Bunkeropshq@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
Use the service for what it's for: communicating with the business you contacted. Don't use it to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deceptive, don't try to disrupt or probe the service, and don't contact a business through it on someone else's behalf without their permission. We can stop serving anyone who misuses it.
Delivery depends on carriers
Text messages travel over mobile carrier networks that we do not control. Carriers can delay, filter, or fail to deliver messages, and neither Pivot Labs nor the business is responsible for messages the carriers don't deliver. If something is an emergency, call the business — or emergency services — directly rather than relying on a text.
Our responsibility, in plain words
We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but we provide it as-is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Pivot Labs isn't liable for indirect losses — missed appointments, lost business, and the like — arising from a delayed or undelivered message, and our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. The businesses we serve are independent companies; the work they do for you is between you and them.
Privacy
How we handle your information — including our promise that mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing — is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
