Text message opt-in
This page states how a person gives consent to receive text messages from Pivot Labs LLC, operating as LEADKEEPER, and the exact language of that consent. It is written so that anyone — a customer, a business that uses LEADKEEPER, or a carrier reviewer — can read the consent mechanism in full.
Who is sending
Every message is sent by Pivot Labs LLC, operating as LEADKEEPER. LEADKEEPER is the only sender. Consent is given to LEADKEEPER and held by Pivot Labs LLC. The messages are about an inquiry you made to a local service business that uses LEADKEEPER; each message names that business so you know which inquiry it concerns. The business is the subject of the conversation, not a sender.
What kind of messages
Customer-care replies about your inquiry: an acknowledgement that it was received, who will call you back and from which number, an after-hours reply that says when you will hear back, and answers to your questions as the conversation continues. No promotional or marketing messages.
How opting in works — two ways, both by web form
1. Directly, on this page. You give LEADKEEPER your mobile number in the form below and tick the consent box. The box is unticked until you tick it, and you may submit the form without ticking it — in that case you have not consented and no messages will be sent to you.
2. On the web contact form of a business that uses LEADKEEPER. This is where most consent will be collected. LEADKEEPER requires every business it serves to place, on its website contact form, a mobile number field and a consent checkbox that is unticked by default and not required to submit the form, with this exact language beside it. No inquiry from a business's form is answered by text until that form carries it:
By ticking this box I agree to receive text messages from LEADKEEPER (Pivot Labs LLC) about my inquiry to [the business]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at pivotlabsllc.com.
When you submit that form with the box ticked, LEADKEEPER texts you about that inquiry. If you did not tick the box, you are not texted; the business follows up by phone or email.

- Frequency: message frequency varies; messages are sent only in response to an inquiry you made.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Pivot Labs does not charge you.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@pivotlabsllc.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and nothing further.
- Your information: mobile numbers, SMS consent and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
- Consent is never bundled: ticking the consent box is a separate act from anything else on a form. No box is ever pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of purchase and not a condition of getting a reply from the business.
