What Pivot Labs does

Pivot Labs LLC builds and operates LEADKEEPER, the customer-facing brand under which we serve local service businesses — plumbers, med spas, dentists, contractors and the like.

LEADKEEPER runs the front end of a local service business: its website, its phones, its Google presence and its reviews. When a customer reaches out to a business we serve, LEADKEEPER answers that inbound lead on the business's behalf and hands the conversation to a real person at the business. It is infrastructure the business runs on, not a marketing agency.

Why we send text messages

Messaging is part of the service. When a customer contacts one of our client businesses — by submitting the business's website contact form, by calling and not getting through, or by texting the business — we reply by text on that business's behalf: a prompt acknowledgement, who will call them back and from which number, and the business's own replies relayed as the conversation continues.

Every message is a response to contact the customer initiated. We do not send promotional or marketing messages, and we do not send to numbers that did not first reach out. Message frequency varies.
